Changelog
Inventory → Changelog. A journal of this workspace’s resources: create, update, delete, notes, tag and project changes.
Same chrome as the catalog: search, filter chips, 25 / 50 / 100 rows.
What is recorded
- A resource appearing or going away (sync / manual create / delete)
- Scalar field changes: name, status, region…
- Project and tag assignment (including bulk)
- Notes added or deleted
- Merges and source detach
- Changes to observed metadata keys — see settings
Routine metadata noise (last_scrape and similar) stays out of the journal until you whitelist the key.

The resource card shows the same journal, scoped to that row.
Agent actor — name from sync. Member actor — whoever edited in the console.
