Planned collect

IAM user or role with read-only (typically scoped ReadOnlyAccess on the services you need):

ELB / ALB / NLB	load_balancer
EBS / S3 buckets	storage

Field provider is aws. Regions and accounts are separate sources (provider_account = account alias).

Secrets (access_key_id / secret_access_key) stay in agent YAML, not in SaaS.
